About this piece
Coral pink stripes running the full length of the night gown — the pink is warm and even, and the stripe pattern gives the piece a clean vertical structure that sits well on any figure. In a night gown, stripes are a quiet choice that rewards familiarity.
The stripes were built in wax before the pink dye went on, so each one was protected individually. Where the wax edge held firmly, the stripe boundary is clean; where it softened slightly, the pink at the edge carries a faint gradation. Both are part of the same honest process.
