EXCHANGE POLICY

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT YOUR SIZE? WANT A BIGGER OR SMALLER SIZE?

• You can raise the size exchange request by dropping us a mail at thekaftanshopindia@gmail.com mentioning the new required size and you will get a revert within 24 working hours.
• We will arrange a return pick-up of the product with our courier partners (Selected pincode list below), in case you pincode is not listed you will have to send it back at your cost, the same has to reach us in 7 days from the date of original delivery to you.
• A fee of Indian rupee two hundred per piece will be charged for exchanges towards two way courier costs, and the same will have to be paid by the client prior to initiating the exchange.
• In case of size problem, we can  get it exchanged to a size you need
• For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn and request should be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
• If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged the second time.
• In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
• Please note SALE / Discounted items and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Please note that the entire exchange process takes around 7 to 15 days approximately.
