About this piece

Blue flowers on white in a looser, more open arrangement — the blooms have space between them, and the blue is a medium tone that sits comfortably between sky and navy without committing to either.

This is an older design in the collection, and the hand that drew it shows in the slight variation in petal width and spacing across the cloth. Each flower is similar enough to read as a pattern, and different enough to read as made.
