RETURNS POLICY 

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT ?

RETURNS BY CUSTOMER LOCATED IN INDIA

  • If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, We accept returns within 24 hours of you receiving your order from the courier company.
  • We refund the product amount minus 20% (as fees) per returned product in your original payment method. 
  • To request a return and refund please mail us at thekaftanshopindia@gmail.com. Once we hear from you We will arrange a return pick-up of the product with our courier partners (Selected pincode list below), in case your pincode is not listed you will have to send it back at your cost, the same has to reach us in 7 days from the date of original delivery to you.
  • Incase of a COD order We need following bank details - Name, A/c no., IFSC Code, Bank,Branch to process the refund.
  • Please note SALE / Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Items purchased from our pop-up show and exhibitions cannot be returned or exchanged online.
  • Refund process for product amount minus the fees will start only after we receive back the product and validate the return.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use, and should be returned in original packing with its tags to be validated for return
  • Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund (as the case may be) of the appropriate amount within 10 days of receiving the return item. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. 
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Purity and accept Purity’s decision regarding the return validation that is - if the product is valid to be accepted as return or not

RETURNS BY CUSTOMER LOCATED OUTSIDE INDIA

  • We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on orders shipped internationally (outside India). In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at thekaftanshopindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will be happy to help you.
