About this piece

Brown diamonds across white cotton — warm and grounded, with a pattern that feels classic without being heavy. The brown is on the richer, darker side, giving the diamonds good definition without the starkness of a black-on-white design.

The diamond grid is drawn in wax and dyed, then the wax is removed to reveal the shapes. Up close, the corners carry the small variations that come from a freehand-drawn line — consistent enough to hold the pattern, human enough to give it life.
