About this piece

Forest green flowers across white cotton, lush and full. The green here is the deeper side of the spectrum — not lime, not olive, but the kind of green you'd find in a shaded garden at midday.

Each bloom was outlined in wax by hand, the cotton dyed, and the wax drawn away to reveal the shapes. The flowers don't repeat with mechanical precision — there's a looseness to their placement that makes the pattern feel alive rather than tiled.
